Useless. I was not impressed with this lawyer. Not communicative or helpful. nnShe gave me incorrect advice the first time I approached her. I would not have gone back a second time except they responded to a referral by another attorney, so I figured, what the heck, I'll give them another try. Now I have stronger evidence. I shouldn't have bothered nnShe apparently doesn't know important parts of the relevant laws. This was based on speaking to other attorneys who were more competent and knowledgeable. Wasted a lot of time providing her and her paralegal husband with all kinds of information they requested. Did not return calls, provide feedback, personally communicate or provide any consultation about the case before sending insulting form rejection letter either time. Second time was the most aggravating. nnDoes not live up to her reputation. Don't let them waste your time. Try someone else.

Alicia is amazing! She is extremely detailed oriented, smart, and passionate about her work. She works extremely hard to ensure that her clients are well taken care of, and if she is unable to take a case, she will diligently try to find other counsel who may offer help.
