If I could leave less than one star, I would, my son’s father fought a charge for two years and I was the person that knew it was not his fault but rather a friend of mine leaving a bag of her belongings in the vehicle he was driving. I don’t understand why my statement wasn’t enough to drop the charge with this lawyer after two years of fighting with charge as soon as I wasn’t there, convinced my son’s father to sign for pretrial diversion Which, of course, was violated quite easily, and now he’s on four years, deferred adjudication probation for some thing that he was not responsible for and I know that for a fact, because I know who was responsible and we were completely ignoring the fact this lawyer is a terrible lawyer, he does not defend people. He damn sure did not defend my son father who I can’t even really stand it’s just the point of the matter.

I have had multiple cases wire Bexar County and I tried multiple paid and court appointed attorneys before I found Mr. Perez. Also my every attorney doesn’t care for your well being. They either want you to pay a boatload of money or just meet court requirements if their court appointed. Most don’t answer or return calls. Most don’t listen to what you want out of the case. They just want you to sing a plea bargain so they don’t go to trial and just have less work for themselves. Not Mr. Perez at all. He is extremely busy because he is an amazing attorney. He will always return your calls and texts and will come help you when you need it. He will listen to every detail of your case and lay out the possibilities. My cases I wanted them dropped. No plea bargains, no deferred adjudication, no court costs, no time served. I wanted to go to trial to beat my charges. He did as I asked and we pushed the DA, who are by the way very inexperienced and don’t know what they’re talking about, to drop all charges. Mr. Perez is such a hard worker you can see from the proof in front of you. He has a private practice and he also helps people in the court system. That shows you he didn’t just shut his door to people who can’t afford the high costs of a private attorney. And even if you don’t qualify for a court appointed one, he will give you an amazing deal. Most attorneys charge extreme amount like $4k-10k for simple misdemeanor cases. He will work with you and will give you a price lower than most attorneys and will work twice as hard as them. Again, I have had over 7 attorneys. So, I have compared and shipped around plenty. From Alfonso Cabans, John Young, Andres Perez, Timothy something I don’t remember his last name. But all of them were not as good as Mr. Adrian Perez. Give him a call and you’ll see.
