They had been working on my daughters disability case(and I say that super loosely) for over a year. I sent them every single thing they asked for and after the year we got denied for not sending in the paper work(you know all the paper work I sent them) they never forwarded it. So we got denied. Logically we would just appeal right? Wrong! They neglected to tell us we got denied for 6 months so the possibility of an appeal is thrown out the window. I will be talking with a lawyer that may actually care about other peoples lives and see what kind of action I can take next. I will also file complaints where ever I can and give every bad rating for them on every possible site. Its hard enough having a child with disabilities but than to know a law firm that specializes in the matter reassure you for over a year that help is on the way just to not even fulfill something as simple as sending papers to the social security I find truly disturbing. I don't believe a single person in this lawfirm could have possibly gone through any type of schooling. AND FINALLY THE ICING TO TOP THE DANG CAKE. The day after we were told of their negligence Aida told us the best bet is for them to start from scratch losing out on all back pay and when my wife response wasn't happy(and why would it be) this woman had the nerve to hang up on her. Word of advise to your lawfirm, get new day jobs cause you suck at the ones you have now.
