I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Especially Kathy Smeltz and her assistants who were so knowledgeable with the medicaid process of getting Long Term Care paid for my sister. I honestly do not think I could have been able to work through all the paperwork involved in my sisters case. Kathy was kind, patient, understanding and would walk me through each process I needed to do.

Being from out of State I needed a law firm that could guide me through this path of Guardianship of a loved one. From the very beginning Kate Ni and Casey McQueeney understood that this could be a very difficult process, without being from another State. We had many calls and email exchanges to finish all the paperwork and they took the time to explain everything to me, no matter how insignificant my questions. I can only speak from my past experiences with Law Firms, and Casey and Kate are two of the most professional individuals that I have worked with. I really can't thank them enough for walking me through this so far and will be looking for their guidance and counsel as we chart this new chapter of our loved one's life. Casey and Kate make a great team for me as I know they would for others. My Prayer is that not many people have to take this path, but if they do that they can find people like Casey and Kate. It’s taken me a while to write this review but I believe the Gods were smiling on me when I found this Law Practice. I am a carer for a very disabled wife and initially needed help with Wills and Power of Attorney. I really can’t believe my luck. Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I have since consulted them on Case Management and Medicaid eligibility and had outstanding advice. It’s all a minefield out there but the people in this practice have lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The office and especially Jennifer Sanchez, Senior Paralegal, walked me through the confusing process of settling my mother's estate. Jennifer made me confident that everything would be handled quickly and efficiently and it was. She took time to answer all my questions. I thought it would take a long time to settle, but it was done far sooner than I expected. I can't recommend this firm enough.
