Attorney Ott defended my son against a criminal charge based on an offense that was a complete fabrication.I observed the proceedings every step of the way and it was an eye opening experience. It showed the lengths a prosecutor would go to get a conviction in a case with evidence that was weak and contradictory. It is now very clear to me that a person should not assume innocence will allow him or her to prevail. The need for an attorney with experience, tenacity and the ability to think on his feet is paramount.Andrew Ott was that guy.He went above and beyond. The Assistant DA dropped the charges and then Andrew went a step further by contacting my son's employer to explain the case and repair his reputation. I'll be forever grateful for the work Andrew did and the effort and compassion he displayed.

This lawyer is very highly suspicious. This lawyer is behaving suspiciously and he might be court-rigging, case-fixing, and such. I am emailing this very extraordinarily negative but ultimately (per best evidence available to me) truthful review to Mr. Andrew David Ott to see whether he ever replies to me so that this review can be corrected (or removed from the Internet) if I am in error. This lawyer is very highly suspicious. This lawyer is behaving suspiciously and he might be court-rigging, case-fixing, involved in defense or prosecutorial misconduct. He will not answer whether he works for the Westfield District Court, the prosecutor's office for Hampden County, or as a criminal defense attorney. He seems to work with an individual who might be a City of Westfield, MA police informant. This lawyer also seems to be case fixing with the current Judge of the Westfield District Court, O'Grady, "formerly" of Parker & O'Grady who appears to act as if he never left the firm. His wife works at Parker & O'Grady per law enforcement. Mr. Ott could be involved in prosecutorial misconduct, judicial misconduct, criminal defense attorney misconduct, court rigging, or case fixing. He might be protecting white-collar criminals as well. Anybody who has any experience in the legal community through his playing of "musical chairs" would find his behavior to be beyond strange. Moreover, his office is at 94 North Elm Street but he was never there. He kept his office equipment at that location like his clock which was labeled Andrew Ott and his sign on the front of his former office but then rented out his office to "Helen" the accountant who refused to provide her full name. Where he works from nowadays remains unclear. He apparently had an office in Springfield, MA. Does he still work from there? Per the bar of board overseers, his telephone number goes to the Westfield District Court. Is he employed by Westfield District Court? Is he a prosecutor? Is he still a defense attorney? In any case, he appears to be using legal fictions as well. He is a highly suspicious individual who vulnerable clients should be very extraordinarily careful around. He also advocates medicating people as if this were the former Soviet Union. For him to pull off show trials does not seem incongruent with this bad and double-dealing character nor the character of Judge O'Grady and the Westfield District Court. I am emailing this very highly negative review to Mr. Andrew David Ott to see whether he ever replies to me so that this review can be corrected if I am in error. In all, Mr. Andrew David Ott seems to be belong to a cartel of lawyers who conceal wrong-doings in the legal community.
