Andy is a great lawyer! He was very understanding and patiently handled our long case. His strategies are very productive. His assistant Carolina was very supportive and helpful in communicating my party’s questions and concerns to Andy. I will definitely be recommending this law firm and be using Andy’s services again.
Where do I begin! Attorney Andy Miri has been such an incredible attorney and support system through out my case and I couldn’t have imagine working with anybody else. He is extremely thorough and patient with you throughout the entire process. He will go out of his way to make sure you understand what is going on through the whole process of your case/trial. He has alway showed up for me when it mattered and never failed to represent me in the best way possible. So with great gratitude I am so appreciative of all the work that he has done on my case. A huge Thank you to Andy Miri and his team.
Andy was instrumental in achieving for me the best possible outcome for my case, which is much appreciated. His expertise played an invaluable role in ensuring that my defense was both robust and successful. The experience of criminal court is traumatic in itself. Fortunately, Andy's expertise, experience before the court and relationships among the legal community were able to negotiate a result that far more accurately reflected events as they took place than what had been carelessly reported. What I witnessed and experienced in the criminal court is unequivocally nothing I was taught in law school. For almost two years, the unlawful arrest of an unlicensed and disabled attorney prevented all form of employment. Worse, were it not for Andy's assistance, this 'mistake' would have undoubtedly yielded a criminal charge destroying both reputation and career of not a criminal co-defendant, but of a crime victim. Equally upsetting, it is patently obvious why the unlawful arrest took place and there appears to be an unspoken practice by police of using a foolishly erroneous metric (perceived net worth) as guidance in the course of arrest. There are copious data and research illustrating that education (as well as innate intellect) are strongly inversely correlated to propensity for criminal conduct and perceived net worth has little or no correlation. As an anti-money laundering expert (id est, a cop for sophisticated white collar crime), there is immense credibility to this research given the almost ubiquitous use of tax fraud and money laundering among those with a net worth or income level above a specified value. It needn't be said that in anti money laundering, making such a foolish mistake would be cause for termination due to the substantial liability it imparts on the firm. It is worth noting, my unlawful arrest and detention also resulted in nightly violent attacks by gang members high on crystal meth leaving me with a multitude of physical injuries including a perforated tympanic membrane, as well as severe psychological damage, such as PTSD. Further, the ongoing public display of the arrest without mention that it was deemed unlawful or that the charges were dropped, causes irreparable reputation damage impairing employment opportunity, networking ability and the development of relationships among other attorneys and judges. Unfortunately, this leaves little choice but to question the value to society of a police force engaged in the type of egregious discrimination that was predicate to my arrest. The question that must then be addressed is how systemic is this practice and how far back did it start? Fortunately, and notwithstanding these other issues, Andy mustered the best conceivable outcome for my case and I am very grateful for his help.
Love this guy, very affordable with good prices and gives excellent service. Without this guy my life would be behind bars. Thanks to him I’m living another day with my daughter. This guy has helped me out in so many cases he’s the right guy to get the job done. Thank you Andy Miri.
