She's the best! She will let you know if she's able to help you with your case, she won't give you false hope. But so far, she's helped out everyone I have referred to her office.

Scheduled and paid for a consultation with Anne. Her receptionist was very kind. Get a call a week later asking if we were able to reschedule, not a problem. The appointment was a scheduled phone call in which my husband had to request off of work because of her lack of availability. 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment and we still didn’t get a call. Once we finally get Anne on the phone, you can tell she is annoyed and frustrated. We provided all of the context and details when booking the appointment and could tell that it was not used. After explaining our situation, Anne essentially refuses to give us any guidance without legal documents. Fair enough, but no information about her initial thoughts, rates, or partnership in the case was shared. It was a total of 10 minutes of Anne turning us away. Waste of 100$ and time off of work.

Anne has been caring for my family for over 20 years and adjusted status reinstated green cards and helped with visa applications as well. She treats you like family and she genuinely cares about every single one of her clients. I live in Austin and still able to get the same quality service as any other local client.
