Dr. Anthony Rodriguez is THE BEST. He has been my doctor for a few years. He is the perfect combination one would want in their doctor- he is extremely knowledgeable, extremely kind, and extremely attentive. He has resolved my concerns faster than I could even realize they were resolved! I trust that Dr. Rodriguez is invested in my health. I trust that he will keep me healthy.

I needed to see a doctor right away. I choose Dr. Rodriguez from the doctors available that day. I am so glad I did. He is the most caring and compassionate doctor I’ve ever seen and I’m well over 50. He really listens and doesn’t believe in over medicating. When I went back for a follow up visit, he remembered me and what I was dealing with. I feel that he really cares about his patients and does what is best for them. I highly, highly recommend him. I feel fortunate to have found a doctor that I not only like but trust. Not an easy combination in today’s healthcare market.

I have been a patient at Family Practice of UD since 2002. Had two wonderful doctors, Dr Adam Turk and Dr Gregory Saltner; unfortunately for me they both retired and I was assigned Dr Anthony Rodriguez. At first I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt cause I didn’t feel that our personalities meshed well. I scheduled a physical with him, being diabetic there are some things that need to be checked besides my bloodwork. He spent 40 minutes with me lecturing me on my A1c and telling me he thinks I’m depressed and overworked and schedules an appointment for me with someone to help me better organize my life so there is less stress. I outright asked if she was a psychologist and he said no, the office manager later told me she was. During this appointment he only checked my blood pressure, never checked my eyes, feet or did basic neurological tests that are standard for diabetics. Called to complain to the office manager and it took three calls and slightly being a little sarcastic and maybe rude to the receptionist to get her to return my call. She admittedly called to defend the receptionist and blows over the fact that she never returned my call. She was of no use telling me I needed to speak with my provider with some of the issues I was having (I also received a steep bill for bloodwork because he failed to inform the lab that the bloodwork was for a physical). She told me she’d have him call me. He never returned my call. I went into their office to confront him prior to my next visit and met with the office manager who goes to look for him, comes back and tells me he is with a patient and she assured me he’d call me later in the day. Again no call until the day before my next appointment. I had a heart attack 3 months ago went to see he as instructed by the hospital and he pretty much had all the information on my incident sent to him by the hospital he asked a few questions, was there maybe 15-20 minutes, paid my PCP co-pay and left. Subsequently I received two bills one telling me I owed $190 on a visit I paid my copay because he billed the insurance company incorrectly and another for $30 on another visit which I paid my co-pay. I called Blue Cross and they said he is listed as a specialist not a primary physician again I called the office manager and again she is argumentative and tells me he does his own billing and I need to speak with him. Again she tells me she will have him call me. Again I’m still waiting a week later! He is useless and really doesn’t care about his patients.

Called in for a same day sick appt at 945 and told the front office its for new patient. After spending 20-25 on 2 calls and receptionist taking all the details told that she would call back. Never called back. I called them back after 1 hrs 15 mins...they tell me that doctor doesnt have any availability to that day or next day! Some other doctor can see me next day! This is totally unacceptable. Wasting my time...when I could have called and booked appt with some other doctor. Irresponsible admin/receptionist.

Awesome! Kind! Knowledgeable! Caring! So easy to openly talk with. Highly recommend!
