A fantastic attorney to have in your corner. My husband and I were struggling to understand the terms of a contract and Mr. Eikelberg was clear, patient, and incredibly generous with his time. With his help we were able to feel good about and really understand what we were signing. Also super quick in getting back to us when we had a question. As others have noted, Mr. Eikelberg has a real talent for helping a layperson understand what can feel like complicated and overwhelming legal processes. Really glad we found him.
Attorney Eikelberg is a great individual who is prompt, thoughtful, and supportive. He has helped me review legalese and put it in more laymen's terms, walked me through various processes in the legal world, and has been very fair on the business side. If it wasn't for Ashly Eikelberg I would be completely lost and under mountains of stress. Great lawyer and a great person.
Mr. Eikelberg is a trusted advisor that has provided me with valuable and actionable advice on several occasions. It is important to have a trustworthy attorney on your side, and I trust Mr. Eikelberg to provide candid and practical advice, and reliable, well-written, and thoughtful legal services. I recommend him to my network.
I had the privileged to be in Ashley's office, and I was flattered by the service provided. As I have companies in different sectors and I have worked with several attorneys, I think I am able to make a comparison. I was very happy with Ashley's professionalism, competence, and know-how to not only be my lawyer in this case but in any need that I see to have both professionally and personally. Thank you very much for the service and competence. I hope that your office quickly has one of the largest market shares in the state. With professionals like you, that is just a matter of time to happen.
Shyster lawyer represent his buddy to break the law during Covid-19 moratorium. My tenants remained employed during Covid. They stopped paying their rent, refused to communicate, refused to give a 30-day notice of their intent to move..."Speak to my lawyer was all we got from them." Eikelberg refused to state their reason for nonpayment of rent, encouraging contempt for the law, and taking full advantage of the moratorium. Eikelberg's client (buddy) moved out without legal notice, at 2am, owing 3-months in rent, leaving no forwarding address, like thieves in the night. For a lawyer to advocate to his "client" to abuse the law is despicable. Most lawyers would encourage one to do the right thing.
