I used to have an office next to the office of Attorney Lynne Layber at 1025 South Moreland Rd. in Brookfield. We "joined forces" for a Christmas celebration a few times (fun!). After one of the events, I confided in Lynne about a legal matter I had. She gave me outstanding advice - at no charge - and I avoided a legal battle and "won" in arbitration! Can't tell you how much that meant to me. She knew the ropes and shared such good information that I was immediately put at ease! Saved me a minimum of $5,000 as well! Thank you very much, Lynne!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I'd like to make it clear to anyone that might potentially work with you in the future, that you are NOT a person of integrity nor do you hold true to our business agreement. You gave approval and authorization of all work performed through recorded emails (you did not pay for services provided to you on 2 separate occasions that you had agreed upon and signed off on after completion) (Payment terms that you agreed upon are to pay in full upon completion of job. Completion of job included our foreman performing a final walk through with you and obtaining a signature that the customer(s) are happy with the finished product. You then decided to pay 47 days late and have now withheld over $2100.00 from the payment) It has been over 3 months and as a business owner yourself, it is extremely immoral the way you handle yourself. When the owner of the company called you to discuss your invoice and why you withheld the original payment, you hung up on the phone call and have since not responded to any voicemail's or emails our company has sent / left you, screening our calls. We would like to simply be paid out in full for the services you were provided. We would like you to pay the remainder of your balance. As a final note for any potential customers of yours, I advise you steer clear of Attorney Lynne A. Layber.
