I was part of a party involved in the sale of real estate. Larry took about 9 months to close, what should have been a simple real estate sale. It is difficult to know if the issue was Larry’s incompetence, inefficiencies, vindictive arrogance, disinterest or some combination of all these things. I would highly recommend you not use this firm as a seller or buyer. If your seller or buyer insists on using this firm, you should find another seller or buyer. Larry’s slow actions and extremely poor communication cost us hundreds and maybe thousands in taxes and insurance escrow, continued utilities and property care, weather risk and inability to invest proceeds. This sales was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in closing on the sale of real estate. I wish I could rate with zero stars.
