So far I have only spoken to the receptionist and she was not friendly what so ever so my hopes aren't very high with this one unfortunately. Not sure about how effective any of the actual lawyers services are but they should consider getting a new front desk with better customer service skills. Basically like talking to a robot. Not a great impression for someone who is going through something as horrible as a divorce or custody case.
