An Unpleasant Experience My wife and I visited Mr. Pang's office with a friend in May 2024. We were looking to meet & discuss with Mr. Pang about setting up a living trust and had some questions and was hoping for his guidance in this matter. However, what we experienced instead was a very unpleasant & frankly, very rude interaction. We were initially interested in executing the trust with Mr. Pang due to the reasonable prices advertised. However, after today I am definitely going elsewhere. One of the most uncomfortable factors was how short tempered Mr. Pang was. At one point in our conversation, we simply had the question about how edits and adjustments work - in the off chance we'd need one upon initial draft review. He outright said that any additional changes or edits to the first draft of the trust will incur additional fees. After that, we simply asked him to have an item-by-item explanation of the living trust paper. Immediately we were accused of being "picky clients" and Mr. Pang openly proclaimed how he "was apprehensive in dealing with those types of people." This was all said while pointing an accusing finger straight at my nose. We were extremely taken aback and shocked, as we had no intention of being "picky," but were just cautious about the process and wanted to have all our bases covered by understanding everything. He also proudly proclaimed that his prices were the lowest among others, and because of that, any additional charges are reasonable. We had initially brought along our friend as she had questions for herself, as she was also interested in seeking a lawyer for setting up a trust. Mr. Pang permitted her only 2 questions, but upon viewing the exchange & interaction she was extremely intimidated and decided to forsake her inquiries.

Great experience with setting up our trust and will. Bernard was very professional and knowledgeable. Such an easy and quick process from start to finish. I feel so much more at ease knowing we have this set up for our kids who are minors. Highly recommend Bernard!!
