Understanding your legal situation is the first step in creating a case that will help you resolve whatever situation you've found yourself in. Our lawyers will take the time to understand your point of view. We believe that there isn't a situation that can't be resolved through effective, professional legal representation. The legal system can be confusing and intimidating. Our Honolulu based team can help you navigate the intricacies of any case, giving you the best possible outcome.

Honesty is the best policy. In order to effectively represent your side of any case, we'll need your full disclosure as to every aspect of what's going on. Once you've communicated the whole story Carmen will provide you with the necessary legal advice and alternatives to guide you to an outcome with which you can be content. It's through effective communication with her clients that has allowed her to be known as Honolulu's experienced immigration lawyer. With communication and understanding, she can assist you in your time of need.  If you are Filipino we speak Ilocano, Tagalog and Visayan.  If you are Chinese we can help you in Mandarin.  We also are fluent in Japanese, Korean and Spanish.

This is a firm that is not good at immigration litigation. They are really unprofessional in immigration litigation, and the level of lawyers is average. In short, if you want to fight immigration litigation, don't look for this firm! of

I have worked and still working with Carmen for a couple years now and I have to say that she really gives you results. Thanks to hear I have my family closer to me.

Absolutely surprised that anyone would consider Carmen after my call with her. To start I can take accountability and say that I may have been rambling and not being clear with my interest in working with Carmen. However, as a 21 year old, having to contact a family lawyer in regards to what it is i’m seeking; this is all new to me and I don’t even know where to start. Hence me getting in contact with a family lawyer who offers free consultations in which I was seeking…. I called in hopes to speak w Carmen about my situation I had to leave a detailed message with her receptionist, I believe and about an hour later I received a call back from Carmen herself. I began to explain my situation (even after leaving a detailed message with her receptionist whom said she’d relay to Carmen) Not even a minute into my explanation she cut me off abruptly and said “well what do you want me to do about it”. I instantly apologized and tried to explain myself a little better; but she then raised her voice and said “I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT”. After being yelled at, I ended the call. It was very discouraging and rude. Again I take accountability and understand that I could have been more clear on my part but I know she could have handled the conversation 10x better. I can imagine if the consultation wasn’t free her attitude and willingness to listen would be better!

We have been a client since 2018 on some personal petitions. Carmen and her team has being effective on every single of my cases, working With Neribel it was great since she speaks Spanish and the communication was neat and able to understand on my same language. Their office is really busy so be patient. Carmen goes straight to the case and it might seem rude to some sensitive people but I have learn I prefer someone who gets the job done than someone who seems nice and just dont get positive results. she got me my green card in 9 months back in 2019, my business got some h2a Visa done in time. My citizenship paperwork got done nicely and now they are helping me to sponsor my dad.
