Honestly I feel this is the best lawyer in KC for traffic tickets. Me , My dad & my older brother all use Cecil. Him & grace are amazing. I see a lot of comments talking about his communication. & my opinion is he is an old school cat. He only calls & talks to you when he needs to. Other than that let him do the job you paid him for. 10/10

I’ve used Cecil and his team to represent me in a handful of traffic and possession cases. He and his team have always done right by me and provided the best service I could ask for at great price.

Sitting in his office secretary was saying that he owed him hold her money. He doesn’t communicate he goes to court and don’t let you know that the case is completed. Lousy for communication. Don’t answer your call when you call to try to find out what happened at court? I will not be using this lawyer again. He is by far the most mouth service neglectful attorney I’ve ever dealt with, you say you’re gonna call when you settle the case but you don’t call I’m sitting in your office and you and your secretary talking about what you owe her and what you owe the office

Don't waste your time or money, KEEP SCROLLING... 1st off, the price he gave my wife for deposit was not the same he gave me when I got there. Then the next day he called saying he wasn't doing it for less then $1000. And to come get my deposit back, or I needed to give him more money down. So, I went and got my check the next day

Cecil Williams is an awesome man. I truly love this man personality. He helped me with 2 assault charges I did not commit. Walked in and walked out literally!!
