This is one of the first attorney's office that I know that takes walk ins. We just walked in and asked to get a consultation. They took our name and told us to have a sit. Waiting time all depends on the amount of people that are in the waiting room. The waiting area is like an emergency room, but for paperwork. Anyone can walk in, sign in, and get a completely Free consultation. In the waiting area, there is a tv that broadcasts the Taylor Lee and associates youtube channel. This is very helpful because while you wait, you van be getting informed by the frequently asked questions. Great place to go when you need any type of help from the attorneys.

It’s very unfortunate that the firms past personnel has left such a bad taint on the company. Atty Paolo and Atty Priscilla from immigration are really trying to overturn their clients frustration into satisfaction. Also, the only way you’ll get anyone to call you back is if you leave 6+ messages with the offsite answering service in the same day but they have to be back to back.

I walked in and was handed over to Carlos Alvarez. He was not able to answer any of my questions about I90 stuff. He gave my incorrect information about my passport needing to be renewed to file. That's not true. He gave me his number to text when ready to file. I did. He couldn't answer my questions. He was increasing the price of filling fees by the minute. It was a horrible experience. I found a real lawyer, got a same day appointment, filed, paid, and got all of my questions answered in less than 30 minutes. Don't trust your important matters to these folks. I actually wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!

they’ll never answer the phone They never have time to answer questions The only way you can go to him as if you go to the office and they’ll make you wait all day But when it’s time to charge, they want the money in for right away If I can get my money back, I will and go somewhere else

I highly recommend these attorneys! From the first time I met with them they explain me the process how things can turn out, they didn’t lie or lead me on with a what if.
