I had the pleasure of using Zac Joshua from Sims real estate when buying our first home on Vancouver Island. We had a bit more of an unusual situation moving from Niagara Falls, Ontario. But he made sure the whole process went smoothly and always made himself available to answer questions or communicate with the seller.
