IF YOU ARE MILITARY AFFILIATED DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. I am in the military and have had a substandard experience with this firm. There is lack of communication and they neglect your case on top of charging an absurd amount of money. Completely unacceptable practices and no professionalism.

they are a waste of lawyers. i havent talked to my lawyer but once. i havent got any feed back about anything i ask. cumberland county is the worst county in north carolina.

Poor communication and lack of results which were nearly guaranteed. Would not recommend for legal services.

They are amazing I've been using them for years no matter what. They work with you far as payment plans and they are understanding. I have always had a good out come with him and they are easy to talk too. The Roger's firm has always fought hard for me and I feel important not just like a number. They keep you in the know step by step and the receptionist is awesome as well I will always use this firm and recommend them to others in need. THANK YOU Roger's firm

No one answers the phone and there's no way to leave a voicemail. When i call i just get a generic message that just repeats"press one for an operator" over and over again. It doesn't even say if I've called the law firm, just a generic hello and press 1 to speak to an operator
