Car accident happened about November of last year and I didn't really know if I should call a lawyer or not. A friend told me about Applebaum & Stone so I called and from start to finish it was a 5 month ordeal. But in the end totally worth it. I got a very good settlement from the insurance company and felt like I was treated real well by these guys. Look there is no perfect firm when it comes to dealing with insurance companies but the money was definitely worth it and i'm happy i called them.
This is the worst place to come to get lawyer help. It's been over 2 years on a multi million dollar case and I get a 10, 000$$$$ and they took half. I lost my home, friends and fiancé because they never paid anyone for services rendered. I had NINE different lawyers and every 3-6 months a new receptionist/paralegal. This was a horrid experience! I never had any idea who my lawyer was or was going to be and when/if I got through to SOMEONE, they were so incompetent, of my case and soooo unknowledgeable, I ended up in frustrated tears EVERY TIME. I will let 411 pain know to take them off the list.

The Firm is a revolving door, NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!! NO RETURN PHONE CALLS!!!!! NO FOLLOW UPS!!!!! I have an active case currently and I get the run around from each end.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USED THIS LAW FIRM, ITS IS THE WORST IN MICHIGAN CURRENTLY!!!!!!!
Heard commercial over the radio they did what they said they could do for me, in a timely matter, it just seems like a long time when u struggling for cash , but most lawsuits are not done fast , depends on the circumstances. I was pleased with my outcome..
