The Allen Law Group closed on my property in November. I transferred the file to the Allen Law Group after getting the run around from another law firm. They were able to get us close in 10 days. My closing started out fairly smoothly. Then, the seller started giving me a hard time about addressing things that they said they would handle. Things got pretty bad. I contacted the law firm to let them know that I did not want to close with the sellers. They were able to put us in different areas to close. I was almost in tears when I arrived for closing. Ms. Allen had me laughing the whole time. Her staff brought out mimosas and we were able to let out a sigh of relief.

As someone new to investing, it was a pleasure to close with a law firm that did not treat me like I was incompetent. It can be very intimidating to deal with lawyers. However, Attorney Allen took the time to explain things that I asked about. However, she also took the time to make me aware of situations along the way that can come up that I needed to look out for. I am forever grateful for the referral to the Allen Law Group. I am an investor and I found them to be very investor friendly. Just be up front about what you are trying to do. They will work with you to make sure the deal is done legally and in order. I am happy I took the time to really get to understand what I needed to do to have a successful closing. Everything was not perfect, but I can tell they really care about getting things done right.

We closed around Christmas time. The office was decorated so cute! We received “presents.” It was a really good time at the closing table!! I am satisfied with the services provided by the Allen Law Group. I have already referred a friend who is buying in cash.
