I would not give this law firm not even one star, but google made me in order for me to write this post. My experience with hanaceck PC would be that of a rodent to a snake. As prey...... They saw me coming. My attorney in no way shape form or fashion gave a rats and about my family and I.... We were homeless on the streets struggling as a direct result of an injury I suffered at the hands of a city employee... She at first made it seem like she cared, but slowly turned to her not returning any of my calls.. Except to show up for a settlement conference which I assumed that she would at least go to bat for me in getting me a decent settlement to recoup for damages, pain, and suffering. Turns out she colluded with the city attorney pressured and threatens me to sign a document until I backed out of the settlement . She in turn takes my settlement check the city enforced and deposits in Her law firms trust account where it mysteriously goes missing. I gained nothing. None of my debts were paid. Hanaceck misappropriated my funds. While they are out spending my money on fancy cars and nice houses I was sleeping out of my truck that was repossessed at a public park getting citations for loitering. With 3vchildren and a pregnant wife and none of them had the audacity to even give me a $100.00 to get a hotel to wash my behind... I've taken matters into my own hands...these people can't get away with stealing clients money.

If I could, I would rate this firm a 0, I wish I could leave ALL stars blank!! I hired an attorney from this firm, the attorney I had was disgraceful, tasteless and unlawful! I thought IT saved me, huh, IT sided w/the devil, I'll get to review them real soon. It's a demon alright, IT taught me a whole lot about betrayal and ignorance! Long story short, IT helped the place that I will be discriminating against, evict me! It just proved, they're all in cahoots! IT "acted" as if IT was on my side, although I felt a cold feeling around IT. I knew something was wrong, but I didn't want to believe an attorney who takes an oath was so dirty! A great wise woman once told me, if you shake someone's hand and their hand is cold, they're a cold mean person; RUN! Thanks AngelIrene! Anyway, IT left me hanging in court, and lied the next day saying "I didn't know you had to go to court." I should have known when I asked IT, "should I just go by myself" IT didn't answer. IT was always in a rush, talked down to me through email, but tried to be nice in person. I knew when IT and the judge broke the law to punish me for telling the truth; IT was really helping them! I made a joke about getting me a settlement asap and IT really got upset, animal like! LADIES: trust your instincts, that gut feeling is telling you something! I had a housing issue, this ingrate called me over to the office, writing on a white board as if I was in class! I kept saying, I'm so confused, because I knew IT was up to something! IT asked me how much rent can I afford, IT answered as if to say "get ready" you will lose your voucher! IT had the unmitigated gall to say to me; "I have a friend looking for a roommate!" Then IT says, "but you don't like drugs" he smokes weed!! Why would MY attorney say that? The place where I lived, 100 people on each floor smokes weed, but they also make other illegal drugs! January 2018, you can go into a store and buy it, but you will be able to buy it at pump 5! You'll NEVER be able to buy any other drug! I was floored, I couldn't believe what I was hearing! My friend said; that's too far fetched to make up, get the Attorney General on IT's a**!! Oh, I will do just that! Boy, was I wrong, IT didn't save me, IT tried to bury me, but I'm still standing! I will take a lie detector test ANY DAY, I don't need to lie and squirm around like a snake or a leech! I'm grown and have NO REASON to lie! When I realized my instincts were right, I asked "IT" to call me, IT's yelling in the phone........HELLO HELLO than hung up; just like a child! IT uses email to cover it's pitiful self! Something's wrong with your phone, NO, you played games because you're a miserable person! I will leave IT to a higher power! May God have mercy on that hard rock soul! ****Go somewhere else where your attorney is on your side and not the enemy's!****

Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are to have had justice served for our family. Daniel is a very passionate lawyer who is determined to make sure your case wins! He settled our case within a matter of months and accomadated our family while we were in the midst of moving from one city to another while we were homeless. Once we found a city to reside and a home to live in, he still managed to handle our case via phone and email due to us living many of hours away from our original meeting and location! I can go on and on about Daniel's law firm about how strong willed he and his associate's are! Janet was a major help too in dealing with our circumstances. Daniel will fight to get you your deserved justice and monies owed! Daniel.... YOU ROCK!!! From our family to yours!!! DAN YOU ARE THE MAN!!

She tried i guess felt like ahe could of communitcated with me better but i understand
