If you're trying to get in contact with anybody at Consuegra do not even try to call them; I called 8 times trying to speak to someone about my account, got one call back after 4 hours and after 2 minutes of the woman on the other side speaking to someone else (not addressing me) I said "hello?" and instantly got hung up on. If you have an account and you need to talk to anybody, go straight to the chat. I was instantly connected to a lovely woman named Rataysha. She was very pleasant, polite, and patient with me which was a first that I have had since I've been involved with this company. This is my first time experience with a debt collector and have no idea what's going on or what I'm supposed to do and have only been met with rude, combative, and impatient people until Ms Rataysha.
