I had an 8 yr deferred adjudication felony agg. assault w/deadly weapon and David was able to get me released 4.5 years early and even had my court cost and fines of 1k dismissed due to hardship. Process may take a month or two so be patient. Other lawyers wanted to charge me twice as much as he was able to get it done for. David wouldn’t even take my money until he did his due diligence first to investigate my progress throughout probation to determine if I even had a chance which also added a great value of security to give him a chance once he came back and felt fairly confident I would most likely have a fighting chance. The money he was able to save me doing this was able to go towards my family of 8 kids and my wife. Thanks, David! We will keep you as a lawyer going forward. Glad I could finally find a fair and honest person nowadays!

I have been going to David Cantu for all of my legal issues since 2004. He is the best that I know in the business of law and justice. He will fight to get you the best settlement possible or even dismissed in most cases. He has never let me down. Plus he is local and not far from the downtown area of Fort Worth. He will represent you in other counties too. His staff is friendly and full of advice. I highly recommend him.

Horrible!! Do not recommend. Bad customer service. And unprofessional. How is an assistant going to be eating and talking to the customer?? Also how are they going to be taking there time to even assist us when walking in when no other client is there. I understand they have cases and other things to do. But when we presented with our case they said yes they could help and it would be an easy win since everything points out that it wasn't our fault. It was the other person who passed the ref light and hit us. They sent us to one chiropractic And said they would be in charge of everything. Waited days to get a call but nothing. We then called and said to give them more time because the other insurance company was not answering. Waited a week and still no new news. They would keep us waiting and waiting. When we tried to withdraw from them. They said no. They said we couldn't leave them because we made a "contract" and would not allow it. Then they said to wait for a letter on the mail. It was a criminal case in a against the other guy. The guy sent it to jury trial and was found guilty and charged for the two tickets. We later found out that they withdrawal for our case. They didn't even started a civil case if they insuarance didn't wanted to pay. And Cantu office said would not represent us. They are Slow and take forever. Literally took almost a year before they decided to withdrawal. Went to other firms and said they could do nothing since David B Cantu office took too long to do something. They said it usually takes a week. ONE week. This office took months to even call us or inform us. WE NEEDED to call them to get the information we needed or any update on the case. The Anderson firm said "DAVID CANTU OFFICE SCREWED US OVER" and they did.

They are on point! I have never been dissatisfied when using Mr. Cantu for my legal needs. He has always been my first and only choice for traffic tickets, and when I was in need of assistance with a case that arose from an unfortunate ongoing incident of identity theft, he took care of it and made sure I never even had to set foot in court! I have referred several friends when they had legal troubles, and his services always end with the client in far better circumstances than were ever thought possible. He is amazing!

I have been dealing with this law firm for almost a year now. I have left numerous voice mails and emails. However, the attorney David Cantu nor anyone in his office have replied or followed up. It's very unprofessional and disheartening. How do you fire a hired attorney in the state of Texas?
