The worst experience! It was simply a robbery! I paid 280dlrs for each virtual appointment I had to only see it via your computer and not save and do nothing about my case. It took more than a month to refund my money. And the migra still puts me in a letter! It's migration!!! And how ugly it is that they steal my money so easily and not even do anything, but nothing in my case. There were two paid appointments. Money thrown away! What a shame and shame that they steal like this
