Catherine Dingle was recommended to us by our fabulous Farm Bureau agent, Terral Causey. Mrs. Dingle was very professional as well as warm and friendly. She helped us update documents and did it in rapid time. Everyone in the office has been a delight with whom to work. Google Maps will possibly send you to her former address. We found it best to look up her partner, Inabnit, when searching for directions to the office.

Unfortunately, I didn't experience the professionalism or even competency that was expected. A month ago, I enlisted this firm to do a transfer of deed that was to be signed over from my parents to me after I paid off the deed. In an unfortunate consultation that they had with my parent prior to doing so, which I was unaware of, they somehow instilled doubts about signing it over and discouraged them from doing so. I was not even aware of the until I called nearly a week later (allowing for everything to materialize and record, as I assumed they had completed this). Not only did they not get this done, but had not even notified me. Furthermore, when I called the office, they told method they were not going to record it. What a mess! They didn't even have the decency or professional duty to reach me. I had to reach them to find this out. This caused a huge mishap in which I paid off a property as they casted doubt. Ultimately, I had to restore faith in my parents and seek counsel elsewhere to have it completed. What a stressful nightmare! I cannot recommend this firm.

I love working with the Inabnit team! They make the closing process as painless as possible with great service and communication. Highly recommend.
