I am very dissatisfied in the service provided by this attorney. My family hired Dianne Ellis to represent us in an adult adoption. The judge made his ruling on September 09, 2022. We still have not received the correct documents required from her office in order to acquire a new birth certificate and name change. I have called her office and sent emails requesting the documents. I find her to be very unprofessional and am concerned about her apparent lack of interest in completing the job my family paid her $1800.00 to perform.

Dianne is the MOST unprofessional lawyer in Jackson County and I do not recommend her, all her reviews negative and bashing clients or not calling them clients. Husband tried calling her multiple times on multiple occasions to get an update on if he could see his son and not once would she answer, when finally getting on the phone YELLING AND CUSSING at my husband over an issue with child support SHE AS THE LAWYER WAS SUPPOSED TO HANDLE. Extremely unprofessional and told him during the phone call dropping F bombs and screaming, then to just hang up the phone and said no longer do business. SAVE YOUR MONEY. She clearly is not on your side at all. Has been almost a year and we have heard from her assistant more than her. WHO WOULD MAKE A 10 TIME BETTER LAWYER THAN DIANNE. And if she comments we weren't "clients" we can post photos of that proof.

In a tough situation, like a divorce, it is good to have someone you can trust. Dianne is very good at what she does. She is honest & always has her client's best interests in mind. Her office staff are amazing & very friendly. Dianne & her wonderful staff helped me immensely with my divorce & custody issues. She made everything easy to understand & took time to answer questions. She set realistic expectations & delivered quality results. She was kind to me and my children. She fought very hard for us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Mrs. Ellis and her office.
