Terrible experience. Weeks would go by before a response was received or any action was taken. No strategy to the case and wrong / incomplete info provided misleading the client. So much for processional conduct guidelines attorneys should abide by: particularly punctual communication and negligence. After 9 months absolutely waisted, several thousand dollars later, finally decided to fire this firm. Hired attorney out of Jackson who efficiently and effectively handled the case and even got recognized for her great work by opposing council. My advise to you - save your time, money and mental health during this already stressful time. Plenty of other firms out there who take their work seriously.

As far as making my divorce super easy they did it well, but they failed to pay attention to all my preferences. I was specifically asked whether or not I wanted to change my name back to my maiden name, and when I replied yes, I watch the lawyer write it down in notes. There's nothing in my divorce papers saying that I can change my name back, so now I have to pay even more money to be able to legally change my name back because of a simple mistake they refused to fix.

If i remember correctly one of their quotes was "Personal attention to every case", that is not the situation here. I have been on going with a divorce since I would like to say around August. I finally get a divorced in Jan. I have simple instructions that i was instructed to provide to my attorney and the instructions would be relayed to my EX. Those instructions i sent to my attorney at Hornsby Watts PLLC an here three months down the road nothing has yet to happen. So gentlemen that might have been the case to give "Personal Attention" to every case when your business got started, but let me be the first to tell the crowd you guys have strayed far from those core values. I call and my phone calls never get returned, I leave messages and they never get returned, I do what I have to on my end just to see no results. Gentlemen I know you have a huge area in Biloxi to fill and many more like myself but if leaving work exactly at 5:00p.m. is more important to you than the cases you still have open which seems to be the case everyday when I call and its a little past 5:00p.m. then you really need to rethink your website advertisements and your core values. Ladies and Gentlemen do some research before you waste your time and money. This company is a no go.nnCory
