Used this lawyer for custody and child support case. She was great on the consultation and strategizing. However failed to file my response to motion on time. Should have fired her then, but decided to move forward. Opposing counsel complained about her not responded to emails on time and providing information. Tried to get me to pay for additional legal charges due to her. Found out she lied about some matters and I really didnt feel like she was confident and strong in the courtroom. Even advised me to move forward in a matter that made me look bad in court. When it came time to explain my actions I had to speak up as she sat there. The nail in the coffin was she referred to me several times in court by my child father's last name....we were never married. She overall got things done but it was an arduous process and she was not thorough, timely, or a good court representative. Her prices were reasonable and I like her online system for communication and documents. But I felt like she lied to me about what she was doing behind the scenes and was not accountable. Wouldn't recommend or use her again.
