Please avoid at all costs! I second any of the negative reviews left on here. They are a true and accurate account of the experience with Diane. Not only is she incredibly biased, basing recommendations on her own personal experiences with her former spouse, but she lacks transparency in her billing practices and does not serve the best interest of the children of the suit, even with evidence provided to her. The children are asked brief, superficial questions and spend more time with her assistant Chris getting treats from the treasure box. It took multiple attempts to get just one detailed invoice and it contained false meetings. Had I not requested the statement, I would have never known I had a credit, as no attempt to notify me was made (very persistent with requesting payments, though). I have yet to receive a final detailed invoice, despite multiple requests. Do your family and children a favor and request someone that is more vested in the outcome, as well as more honest and thorough. The amicus you select for your children can be a life-changing decision!!! Don't take it lightly.

I used Mz Diana Martinez afew years back !! She helped me get my visition strat with my x who likes keeps my daughter from me so she can have her happy life but still want child support every week but doesn’t take my daughter to visitation meet up !! So this go around I will listen to Mz Martinez on how to handle my x !! I’ll be calling her Monday

Diane was extremely precise, knowledgeable, and professional in helping me get full custody of my daughter. She was extremely patient and everything was done in a timely manner. I didn’t have to call a billion times to get a hold of her. Thank you.

As seen below in other reviews please DO NOT GET THIS ATTORNEY her and her whole legal team are beyond unprofessional. They DO NOT care about the safety of any child and are only concerned about simply getting paid. Diane will not defend you, she will not help in any way possible. Whatever she is given she will take it and tell you there’s nothing she can do. They will lie and make things up that you never said. Save your money and go with someone who will defend your child in their best interest.

Diane was the Amicus in my case. She was extremely professional as well as her assistant Tiffany. One of the better attorneys I've run into lately. Her fees are a fare and currently documented. I Highly recommend Diane and her team.
