I had to fire him after 7 months after he made my case much much worse. When the judge asked if there was a reason NOT to reopen the probate he actually said NOTHING and told me not to say anything. We had solid reasons to not reopen the case. Because we did not say one word the judge reopened the case. We did not present an argument at all! We should have. It cost me a huge amount of money, time and emotion- and a new lawyer to start the whole case over.
