Mr. Bowler did such a great job, that this is the first review I have ever done for anything or anybody. My case started pre pandemic, went through the pandemic, 2 different lawyers from the other party & multiple hurdles. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Bowler never once lost interest, nor did he ever not stay up to speed and always was prepared no matter what. I always felt like he listened to me, he was very respectful, really truly cared me personally and about my case. During my case, other individuals in the courtroom would come up to him and tell him great job and wanted his contact info so they could contact him to represent them as well! Mr. Bowler and his office are top notch, and I would gladly refer them to all.

Toby Bowler is very knowledgeable, confident in his practice, reliable, and has his client's best interest. He is the kind of lawyer that you can rely on to ask the right questions, give good and practical advice to his clients, which has proven to be advice worth taking, and he knows what he is talking about. He will not just tell you what you want to hear. He will be honest and tell you the best course of action to take. If you want to go into a courtroom feeling confident with someone who knows what they are doing and does it well I highly recommend Toby. His paralegal Sara is also very helpful answering questions and guiding you through any concerns you may have. She has always been a very enjoyable person to speak with and has helped with a lot of necessary paperwork that comes with court proceedings. I have read a particular one star review on here and that review was made by someone who was the opposing party who has not worked with him so please keep that in mind while reading reviews. Sometimes the opposing party become upset at the outcome of a case and part of the "blame" to Toby is because of how well he does exposing the truth in a case and asking the necessary questions, which they do not like but that in itself says a lot about how well he does at his job.

Mr. Bowler had an outstanding reputation in the past. There are many great 5 star reviews of him 5-10 years ago. I chose him based on those reviews. I have personally seen a steep decline in his capabilities in the last 4 years while he was handling my case. Mr. Bowler told me he had Covid and I noticed things seemed to decline after that. Mr. Bowler had an outstanding paralegal Donna Green for more than 35 years. Donna Green retired in 2021. It then became apparent to me that he was not the one doing the work. Donna Green was. Without Donna Green, he seems confused, misses issues, is run over by other attorney's in the courtroom. In court he is very agitated, forceful, pressures settlement in the hallway and seems very intimated to go before the judge. I am a Physician who deals exclusively with the elderly and my clinical experience suggests he has the early symptoms of Dementia. This has possibly been accelerated by his encounter with the Covid virus. Without his paralegal Donna Green this is very apparent. If your case is complex, you may be best served to go elsewhere. I wish I had the E. Toby Bowler of 10 years ago. Back then he was next to none in the Inland Empire. I am reading current reviews of Mr Bowler, and it seems others are also seeing the same mental challenges I faced with him. In no way do I intend to disparage a great man, but I believe he is on the decline. Unfortunately, he has not been able to replace Donna Green. His current paralegal, Kelsi, struggles with organization, seems overwhelmed, inexperienced and is heavily tattooed. Good attorney's are hard to find. There may be better choices in the Inland Empire, but I don't know them personally. It may be worth your time to pursue and Orange County attorney. My ex imported an Orange County attorney and he walked all over Mr. Bowler. In the difficult process of complex divorce, I empathize with you. I hope this review was helpful and you find a way through this horrible process of divorce and are able to rebuild again.

I will forever be grateful to Toby Bowler. My case was not an easy one. Thanks to him I was awarded what was fair and more importantly what I was entitled to, something I didn’t think would ever happen. He always treated me with respect and valued my opinions. His office was always accessible and even though I was one of many, he made me feel like I was a valued client. My life would be very different if it weren’t for him and I would recommend Bowler and Bowler to anyone needing the services they provide.

It’s hard to put in to words what a great man and attorney Mr. Toby Bowler is. He has great integrity and when children are involved he puts their needs 1st! He was my attorney for my divorce which included 8 children, businesses, property and money. He made it clear to me from the beginning that my children’s needs were his priority. He was not interested in playing games with my ex. He wanted it to be fair and he wanted what was best for my children. Toby is just the best!
