The person who answers the phone is extremely rude. When I called to cancel an appearance she cut me off multiple time before I can finish a sentence and before finishing the phone call she stated said, "do not expect making a reservation again to be easy" with a mean tone of voice.

Totally incompetent To explain everything he did wrong in this case Would be too much. After 2 office visits 3 phone calls Into our small claims court case He realizes the statute of limitations Is up. Something he should have realized the 1st office visit So there would never be a second office visit or multiple phone calls or payments made Also the strategies that we had worked out And the letters to the other party were total embarrassment Went to him to get some satisfaction And some Justice Left him feeling so much worse than when I went in. Said he Would partially refund us( Have no idea why he would only partially refund us) Never did. Everything he did in this case was wrong from the content of the letters he had sent To having papers served And to the way he handled it when he realized he screwed up. He may be able to take care of a traffic ticket But I wouldn't trust Him with more than that. Totally got screwed.
