Extremely poor communication and my opinion is Fink doesn’t care about clients. He had evidence that could have exonerated my son but instead of doing his job and trying to defend my son he showed an extreme lack of confidence in his abilities. I had to practically beg him to take video audio evidence to the prosecutor and his reply was “the prosecutor will not even look at”. The evidence proved my son was attacked unexpectedly inside of his vehicle. This falls under the Ohio Castle Doctrine. If you have your life on the line, do not HIRE HIM. He doesn’t care about his clients and only communicates briefly right before a court hearing..He may TALK a BIG game at first but he is NOT a good defense attorney and more than likely tells all of his clients to take a plea deal. He gets cases assigned through the court like a public defender and probably has too many cases to actually care about his clients. My son was UNFORTUNATE to have Eric Fink as a defense attorney and now has to be labeled a felon his entire life when he clearly had no other option than to defend himself in the incident.

He came highly recommended. And I see why. Fights for his clients. One of the smartest people I’ve ever met. Best money I’ve ever spent. You won’t regret hiring him.

Provided a poor defense for a friend and even after being asked to interact with me by the client would not give me the time of day to pay him for further help. My friend sits in prison and I believe there was much more this lawyer could have done. He just ignored us.
