I reached out to this Law Firm for legal expertise in Guardianship as my current attorney was not too familiar with this area of practice. My current attorney advised me to do something that was incorrect. Andrew Golden spoke with this attorney about my case due to an earlier conversation that I had with him in regards to potentially retaining him for this matter. I shared the advise that I was given from my current attorney with Andrew. He called me today very unprofessional, screaming, and yelling and calling me a liar. I was lost at to what he was talking about seeing that he was calling me a liar. He stated that my current lawyer did not give me the advice that I told him (I was advised to have my mother file a guardianship motion). He said “you lied to me and I can’t work with a liar”. Turns out he didn’t have his facts straight. I forwarded him the email from my attorney with the guardianship motion from her that she indicated that I should file. Had he called respectfully, he would have gotten this information. Furthermore, I fail to understand why he even called me in the first place if this was his sole reason for contacting me. He seemed very mentally unstable by the way he called yelling. I would not recommend this firm unless you want an unprofessional lawyer with no moral ethics. Update: This attorney is providing false information. Regardless of what I’ve called this law firm for in the past (they have never been able to help), this particular call was for Guardianship. Nothing more, nothing less. He called rude. In no way did I push him. I simply asked why he started our conversation with him calling me a liar. I again sent him that email with my attorney attaching the motion that I was advised to submit. I’m not going to go back in forth. Once again this attorney emailed me being rude and justifying his actions. I think the 3star rating speaks for it’s self. Attorney Golden, save your arguments for the courtroom

I was calling around looking for legal advice, this law office was one of the first ones that popped up I called and left a message ( brief non descriptive) and few hours later after talking to a few other attorneys, that told me; I had a solid case, this law office called me almost sounding as if they were scolding me!!!....off the little information I left in a 3 minute voice mail. Never even asked me to explain what had happened! just aggressively told me I had no case off the 30 seconds I explained that portion of the case. Don’t waste your time or money with these people I was told “I have 12 years experience” and was told there was no case!.....when 4 other lawyers with over 35yr, 15, &20, 25 years experience told me I had a solid case. No details were asked, he was saying the situation happend in a way it didn’t happen in at all, but that was far from what happen! he had no paperwork or discovery, had nothing at all just a voicemail...! all he heard was a 30 second portion of a 3 minute voice mail. I truly was appalled by the tone tht was taken up with me. When experienced lawyers asked questions and spoke to me in a calm matter regarding the case. And gave me helpful information& advice, While this attorney yelled & scolded about something he didn’t even bother to ask any details about! What a mess I would never even want to work with people who talk like that. BELIVE THE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY IS VERY RUDE AND HAS 0 customer service skills. There are lawyers out there who help and make sure you know what’s going on this is not a place that does that!!!

Over the years I had heard some not to pleasant things about this firm and this was from other practicing attorneys but until today I couldn't confirm those rumors were true. Given the way I was addressed as a potentially new client if half a star was an option I wouldn't even rate them that. The attorney who contacted me a was rude and unprofessional and if his demeanor translated in any way on who representing my interests or defense I was doomed from the start. He was extremely condescending and instead of listening to the details and aspects started barking questions back at me. Not to mention that my son was in proximity of me which I never had the opportunity to say let me move into another area to better provide him the possible information he was requesting. Do not use this firm because if his colleagues are anything like him it seems they will pick and choose who to properly represent from whatever opinions they initially form in seconds of speaking to you. 2/16/2021 9:48 pm updated review to the SAVE FACE RESPONSE FROM LAGMANN, INC TO ANY POTENTIAL CLIENT READING THIS REVIEW. I don't have to make any "disingenuous claims " as you've so have attempted to color it for whatever motivated reason(s). I'm offering the insight to the experience that I had with your "managing partner " who in that compacity I would've expected to address the situation in a more professional manner and fashion. Furthermore I don't know what version of our interaction he has given you but as I stated in my previous post I for one before I could even discuss any particulars, didn't have the opportunity to into another area due to my son being present as I had attempted to do and alternatively it's not rocket science for a person to expect an attorney to listen to what you have and assess the matter in full before saying ok we I think this or that. I also personally feel if you were concerned that this wasn't accurate I request a call initially via your website and I would like to think my information would still be available. You could have reached out to me personally to see if this was a misunderstanding of some sort or see if there was any real validation to his version of our interaction instead of being so informal and just refuting an online review. For me and anyone it should be those little things that translates into red flags on how an organization conducts its business, especially concerning legal matters. We had a brief discussion at best and the opportunity to disclose the situation never presented itself due to his actions not mine. How and why should I feel confident about even being a client if I'm treated in that manner from point of contact and then again treated as if I took my time just to fabricate details of this type of interaction during this time it absolutely makes no sense. There are multiple law firms in the market why even waste the time if I didn't feel it was an important issue to note regarding just this one. I'm not an attorney but I have good awareness of the process, what to expect, and my rights, as well as the difference between policy and procedures and my goal is to seek someone willing to advocate for me bottom line and just simply not the treatment I was given by your partner. The expectation was to be treated professionalism and dignity not like he was the prosecutor and I was less than intelligent.

I am disappointed with your company after referring someone to you. It is clear that you all judge a client over the phone before listening to their needs. I used Lagmann, Inc some years back and I am appalled that you basically refused service to someone saying that they should just keep their public defender. HORRIBLE! I wish that I did not have to give a single star rating.

I needed legal Aide. Which I used these people back in 2017. This time around was very poor. Couldn't find representation for my case. When I tried calling back for a fallow up because I requested my hearing to be moved . The guy who returned my call was very rude and said we told you we couldn't take your case.
