This lawyer is Absolutely useless. We went to their office and they said we had no case. Please don’t give them any money. Attorney KARENEVA in Carrollton, Texas is Fantastic. She explains the process, her prices are reasonable. She actually works and doesn’t give you the run around. I can testify that she knows Immigration Law.

If you’re dealing with a criminal case and in need of attorney DO NOT come here. I paid $15,000 to be represented by the criminal defense attorneys of Erika Salter. I came in and paid the $39 fee and sat down and talked the case over with Catherine who oversees the criminal defense side of this law firm. Nothing was written down explaining my side of the case, this is important because Catherine was never my attorney. I had 3 different people who showed up in intervals at different court dates. Apparently all 3 of these people were representing me in my case, they had ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION from me in this case. My first court date the attorney did not even show up, halfway through my court dates one of the attorneys quit and now I’m trying to contact either attorney to sit down and talk about the case. You can’t reach them through email or phone, the only way you can reach them is through the front secretary who sends messages back and forth from client to attorney. $15,000 to not be able to speak with my attorney directly the day of court? Horrible experience and mediocre outcome of the case. Stay far away from these people when it comes to representing you in a criminal case. You’re better off being represented by a public defender.

My mother waited many years to get her things done with this office. At one point it took so long (years) that after a lot of back and forth with paralegals and front office, it turned out her paperwork was lost in process, even with them saying it was all fine the whole time. Years wasted, thankfully once it was re-sent I didn’t take as long. She has finally gone to Juarez and back perfectly fine, so that’s a plus. But I wouldn’t recommend them because of that major hiccup and hassle with her case. That and it’s impossible to talk to someone, they nearly always put us on “hold” but just hang up, ridiculous.

I heard of this place in the radio, that should have been my first red flag as they are very unorganized people. This happened when daca first came out. I didn't want to write a review but I can't let another person go thru what I went thru. When I first arrived to this attorneys office they told me it was an easy case and that I was more than eligible with the paper work I gave them. So I opened my case with them for daca. Time went by I got my biometrics done seemed like all was going accordingly. Then a few weeks later I called their office to see where my case stood, when they transfered my case to the attorney that had me she started mentioning someone else's info as she didn't even know who was calling.... When I said my name for a third time all she said was oh yes your case wasn't approved, she didn't even take a second, seems like she just pulled that out of her ***. So if you're looking for an attorney I suggest you find another as this one doesn't do her job right and the people she has working with her will get all your info wrong and more than likely will continue to keep asking for more even tho you give her all you have just to waste your time. DONT COME HERE!!
