I decided to go with this law firm due to Ms Janice and Veronica’s professionalism and caring traits . Very fast responses , if I ever needed knowledge on something I didn’t understand either Janice or Veronica would call me and explain it very detailed! My accident happened the end of February and the case was closed the beginning of April . Never would’ve imagined how fast this process took . I recommend them 100% ! Thank you so much fisher associates !!!

Veronica definitely needs a customer service refresher course. Her nasty behavior is unacceptable and is going to have a negative impact on the company. 0/10 would not recommend.
