Frank did not fulfill his duty to his client. He apologized to the victim during the trial in a criminal case INFRONT OF THE WHOLE COURTROOM. He did very minimal to represent his client, and did not prepare for the trial, and made it incredibly obvious which has now resulted in the client spending a quarter of a century in prison. He is a plea attorney, and not equipped to represent during a trial. He failed his client, and his clients family by agreeing to "barely" represent the client.

Frank is a jack of all trades. I have used him from family court and real estate to criminal. Highly recommend
