Gabe Caporale Sr. was the broker whose experience and deep understanding of the market and knowledge of the area was impressive, and he was able to use this to our advantage when negotiating. His skills were top-notch! I went into the listing of my property thinking it would be a long drawn out process, and ended up getting multiple offers in a matter of days. He was there until the very end at closing to address any concerns I had. Gabe Caporale Jr. was our real estate attorney during the process of listing and selling our property. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and took the time to learn who we were and what our needs were. His knowledge of contract law was exceptional and he was able to translate our requirements into the contract. He was available whenever we needed him, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. During the hectic time when an offer was coming in, his expertise in contract negotiation considered our price, timelines, and contingencies. We would recommend him without reservation. Both Gabe Sr. and Gabe Jr. provided exceptional service, were always punctual, and incredibly responsive to our queries. I only wish I had more properties to sell just to be able to work with them both again!
