Absolute scam artists. These type of firms are why lawyers have such a bad reputation. The only thing they are prompt with is billing, and my goodness did they rack up the dollars. It would have been fine if they brought the kind of results for the fees they charged. However, when faced with opposition from just a single lawyer firm, they wilted. It felt like they were working for the other side by the end of it. Had to change lawyers and salvage the situation. They even threatened to sue if I wrote a bad review. Good riddance!
