In my opinion, Mr. Gedulin is a weak and inexperienced lawyer. Unfortunately, Mr. Gedulin was available only on the day of the hearing. We were not able to communicate with him prior to the day of court. He simply ignored us. Mr. Gedulin came unprepared to the hearing. He was not able to effectively defend nor cross examine. nnMr. Gedulin was responsive till the time of payment. After that, he was rarely available. The hearing was very stressful and disappointing. We were looking for a solid representation and ended up with a careless smiling face in a fancy suit. Mr. Gedulin over promised and zero delivered. nnMr. Gedulin looks young to have over 40 years of experience in law; there is no other lawyer/s name/s mentioned (i did not find yet) whom he might share the combined experience with...nnBottom line: do your research and spend your money carefully.
