Ginger Miller is an excellent GAL. She was thorough and thoughtful in her assessment of my child's situation. She established trust with our child and remained impartial and professional with the parents. Anyone who needs a GAL should understand that their role is to give a voice to an individual who can't speak for themselves rather than to side with one party or another. If you appreciate this important point and are looking for an attorney who will represent your loved one exceptionally, then I highly recommend that you seek her involvement in your case.

This has got to be the most crooked GAL out there. She didn’t look at the evidence that was presented to her (twice), admitting in court that she didn’t do her job. Also believe she’s prejudiced towards the LGBTQ+ community. She also didn’t call but 1 witness on the list when she called the other party gave her a list of names and she called all of them. Was too chummy with the opposing party. If you get her as a GAL, I’d run. She’s not going to help and will believe hearsay over hard physical evidence and then lie about it in court. Hope she’s happy she let a child live with a narcissistic pathological liar who used to beat his children. Bravo lady

Ginger was my son's GAL. She spoke with all of my witnesses. She is down to Earth and was easy for my children to talk to. My own attorney has the utmost respect for her and told me we could trust she would do a great job. I had a very positive experience with her.

Ginger Miller was our GAL she has twisted things our child has said and her therapist. Didn't contact all my witnesses but made sure to contact all my ex husbands witnesses. Said she was at my house but I have outside cameras and a doorbell camera as well none of them showed her on them. And when I went to the court house days after our court appearance she verbally attacked me and admitted she didnt call all my witnesses. Now I have a child that cries all the time due to unwanted visitation

Wish I could give Ginger no stars! She was the GAL for my granddaughter. Interviewed me, told me she had empathy for her and everything would be all right. She got an 11 year old on the stand and twisted and omitted information. Now she cries, and doesn't want to go for visitation, comes back broke out in hives, has trouble sleeping and eating. Hope you can live with yourself for what you have done to her. Run don't walk the other way if Ginger becomes your attorney.
