Had a very brief encounter with Fiona Gordon who was cold, impatient, rude and condescending. I was in to have a form notarised. I have never had any experience with having this done before. She was very impatient with me from the beginning and spoke very harshly to me for not having filled out a form prior to meeting with her (thinking I had to fill it out in front of her). She then signed the form in the wrong place. She didn’t ask me a single detail about the form that she notarised for me. She sighed and rolled her eyes frequently and made me feel like a burden for just being there. She told me the firm was “doing me a favour” by notarising the form as I wasn’t being charged. I informed her that I had fully expected to pay and was confused about what was going on given her manner. She made me feel like a child being scolded and told me I was ‘being difficult’ when it was clear I was not happy being spoken to in that manner. I ended up walking away and shaking my head in disbelief that I had been spoken to that way but I wish I told her how rude and cold she was. The office girls were nice and helpful whenever I’ve spoken with them but the experience with Fiona has put me off ever using this service again and I will be warning family and friends too.

For anyone new, parking is around the corner and the entrance is down the side of the gym. The storm door is closed over which gave the impression that the place was closed but I just pushed it open and revealed a busser entry door. Adrian McGeehan is a lovely lawyer and I can recommend him for house sales. I will be going back to him for will stuff. Front staff seemed friendly too.
