I was in quite a jam after getting my 2nd Aggravated DWI in 5 yrs. Thank god i was introduced to Dana. He has undoubtedly been there for me 100% all the way. I was looking at jail time and he immediately eased my worries. He took my case in hand and completely represented me throughout the whole process. Enough that I now have a Retained Attorney for all of my affairs. I consider him not only my Attorney but my mentor and the one I go to for help with my past drinking issues. Absolute joke of a lawyer. Took my case regarding a speeding ticket 5 months ago and charged $250.00, he did absolutely nothing with it. Wouldn’t return any of my calls, my texts, or emails. He kept saying he would “reach out to the DA,” when in fact, the attorney for the city was trying to reach out to him! Dana wouldn’t answer any of his calls, either. Don’t use this guy. I still haven’t received my money back. He was a no show at trial, too. No communication with clients.

Dana is a great attorney! I went threw 3 attorneys in my federal case until I finally hired him. Very honest & straight forward & that's what's important when you're going threw the system. Thanks again Dana!
