Reviews

I sold a house on 1/5/2024 and am very impressed with this law firm. Linda, the paralegal, is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The attorney, Sharon LaPointe, called me to introduce herself and I was left with all of my questions answered. I highly recommend them. I will be using them to sell my business in the future as well. Thank you for such a smooth transaction.
Linda Benson at Kotseas LaPointe office is phenomenal to work with. With her years of experience, she has her systems down pat. She is pro active and great at problem solving. She even answers the phone!! To top it all off she is always pleasant. People that I refer to her are always happy with their experience. Know your clients will be in good hands with Linda.
I recently bought our new home and sold our previous home. Sharon LaPointe and Linda Benson at Kotseas LaPointe P.C. (94 Highland Street, Worcester MA) represented us on both transactions. They were very professional, and handled our cases with great care and efficiency. I highly recommend their service to people who have real estate transactions.
I’ve recently worked with Kotseas LaPointe for the second time and I’ll continue to use them and highly recommend them. Sharon is thorough, attentive, and always looks out for my best interest. Deb, the paralegal, ensured I closed on time, provided updates throughout the process, and was very timely in her responses. It was a pleasure working with Sharon and Deb, I highly recommend this great team!
Kathryn was great to work with and Linda's support with good communication and advice each step along the way. This was a multi-family residential building sale. I would much have more preferred sales proceeds being directly deposited to my bank instead of mailing a cashier bank check. My bank placed an 8 day hold on funds availability which caused me to miss a favorable foreign exchange rate at same time.
