RUN AWAY!!! Mr. Singer took my case to "represent me" in 2008. He doesn't return phone calls, text messages or emails. I received notice of a hearing scheduled this May. Scheduled becasue Mr. Singer did NOT bother to respond to a settlement offer he received 3 months ago. Nor did his office notify me of it's receipt. I haven't heard from Mr. Singer in OVER a year. This after I have sent emails, called REPEATEDLY and left messages with his office and the staff that handles my case. I have also sent repeated text messages to his cell over the past 3 years. This lack of contact has been the norm over the past 12 YEARS. Finally, no resort but to file a complaint with the State Bar.

TERRIBLE SERVICE stay away! He will never pick up the phone, his staff is always on lunch or on a more important call, they will never call you back and if by any miracle you get ed on the phone you will be lucky if your conversation takes longer than 2 minutes....he will do what ever he can to get you off the phone or he will hang up on you, he hung up on me and that was the final straw...its been a little over 3 years and he hasnt done a thing for me. You have been warned

Singer is a con attorney who will will make you lose everything you have and everything you could have had if a competitive attorney was on your side.
