Very incompetent ! Will take your case, then dump you because, they lacks RESOURCES, by the time you find this out,, your case is damaged because of the time it took them, (( and we all know how lawyers, take their time )), to get a grip on your situation, and realized that, they lack what they abided to do for you!! Then your left out in the cold !!
