TERRIBLE DO NOT USE!!! He couldn’t have cared less about our closing date. Didn’t bother to do ANY work then literally told us to have our realtor and loan officer STOP calling him when they were concerned about our closing date being moved. ?!? Then we FIRED him and had to get everyone else to get things done PROPERLY and then had to pay for not only another lawyer but also a land survey because Tootles is INCOMPETENT!! Then he billed us for $650 for the NOTHING he did and threatened to sue us for it. Warning DO NOT USE HIM FOR YOUR HOME!!
