I have to share how comforting and supportive I found the legal assistance from James Friauf. His office is so very kind to talk to, and James did an excellent job of defending my case. I appreciated his assistance so much, at a very anxious time in my life. So grateful for the fact I found his office and was able to work with him. He was so easy to talk to and so very fair . I spoke to Jane regarding workplace issues. She had me on the phone for near an hour taking all of the information. Assured me that the attorney would want to take my case. She then had me complete intake paperwork which included several hundred papers and hours of my time that I had to submit. I explained to her that I was dealing with a lot of abuse at my job and was ready to leave due to all of the stress. This is a job I had put 17 years into. Several weeks went by and I received no response. Finally as I was about to submit my resignation, she responded and said not to resign as it would hurt my case. Another few weeks went by and the issues just got worse. Mr Friauf finally responded and assured me he would be in touch within “a day or two” to let me know where we would go from there. I attempted to contact them multiple times after that and never even received a response. If he didn’t feel I had a case, I should’ve never been led to believe I did. Extremely unprofessional…I would never recommend this law office to anyone.
