As the parent of a teen (who made a dumb mistake and got into trouble), I found myself in a panic during the middle of the night trying to locate an attorney w/ juvenile / legal expertise. After asking around, I learned about Jamie Harris. She did not disappoint. From our first meeting, her expertise and articulation to us of the juvenile legal system and subsequent strategy resulted in a dismissal. Her flat rate fee was reasonable. Retaining a great attorney like Jamie Harris was very reassuring during a very stressful time especially, when there is a lot at stake. Jamie is now assisting with the follow up for sealing the case and advising us regarding the delicate nature of disclosures as need for many applications for college. The law office of Jamie N. Harris was a blessing to me. I was introduced to Jamie thru a friend of mine, and boy am I thankful. I talked to about 10 lawyers before I had a chance to talk to her. Most of the lawyers were skeezy and tried to scare me. They also tried to nickel and dime me. Jamie Harris gave me a flat rate with payments. In the end Jamie got a result better than i expected. Her attention to detail in the police report was amazing and she saw things I would have never saw. I highly recommend The Law Office of Jamie N. Harris.

This attorney is the worst! DO NOT USE HER!! She is never in the office, Doesn't even try to meet with you, never contacts you about your case, reschedules court dates continuously and her paralegal Julie Barto is just as bad. They blame each other. This entire office is so unprofessional. They don't care about you or the outcome of your case. It's all about the money whether they help you or not. After much time and patience and realizing nothing was going to get done I finally had to fire her and get another attorney. She is a disgrace to her piers and the judicial system. Her license should be revoked!

Jamie I dont know you nor have I met you. From what i heard about you. If money is not paid in full you dont give your'e all. How can you allow Santa Clara county convict a black man that hand an hung jury. You worked with the DA.to get a guilty verdict. What DA that didn't have no knowledge of the case but made a statement saying this is a slam dunk case. You were in with this verdict. I dont respect you as an African american attorney. May you're father rest in peace.
