My children's father had not paid child support for EIGHT years, that's right EIGHT years! Along with that, he was secretly using their information to get housing assistance while we (the children and I) were moving from place to place then finally into a shelter. Jan Holey-Smith is just as grimy as some of the people she represents. She demonstrated the most unfavorable disposition towards me as if I was wrong to expect my children's father's financial support! Again, if you need an attorney that fights for degeneracy and not for what's in the best interest of children, she's definitely the person for the job!

UPDATE! Well y’all, I had to come on here and tell the end all be all! I wish we could leave multiple reviews but I guess not. However, I must tell you, she is EVERY BIT of what I was told and expected her to be! A SUPER DUPER BAD ATTORNEY! She don’t play and is about her business! Very wise and Maternal with it.. She was on me about certain things that I had been lagging on in regards to my kids and the situation with me and their Mother; FORMER SPOUSE! But… She was right! A conversation that my EX and I both could’ve benefitted from PRIOR to the “I DO!” part.. This lady knows her stuff tho’, front to back and back to front! The Attorney for the “OTHER” party was soooo full of mouth before I hired some backup but of course she shut ALL THE WAY up and got schooled! I recommend her to anyone in need of a Family Lawyer! She is alright with me! (Original Review) I am saving up to hire this lady! Two of my friends recommended her and after doing research, I don’t want anyone else representing me.
